Smart Bulbs

Screw them in, same thing. If you can change a lightbulb — and we're going to assume you can — you're good.

Voice Assistants

Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomePod — they're specifically engineered for self-setup. Plug it in, follow the app. That's the product.

Single Battery Camera

A battery-powered WiFi camera with a stick-on mount is a DIY product. The vendor literally designed it that way. Mount it, connect it, done.

Smart Thermostat

If you're comfortable with basic wiring — matching wire colors, two screws — YouTube can walk you through it. Ecobee and Nest both have solid install guides. If you open it up and find a confusing mess of wires, that's when you call us.

We're not going to tell you that plugging in an Alexa requires a professional. That would be insulting.

WiFi Coverage
